The Lyric Magician is the place to request clever, memorable and fun NEW lyrics based on well-known copyright-free (public domain) songs that pay tribute to someone or something important.  I am your lyric magician, Marty, and I look forward to conjuring up great lyrics for you.  I have over 20 years experience as a lyricist, songwriter and recording artist. On the "Lyric & Song Samples" page, you'll hear how classical, folk, early 1900, and ethnic songs come alive with creative, new lyrics.

Who Deserves a Tribute Song?
Everyone does…for events like an anniversary (wedding, work), birthday, bon voyage, congratulations (new job, new home) get well soon, graduation (high school, college), marriage proposal, new baby announcement, religious occasions (baptisms, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, Quinceañeras, confirmations), retirement, Valentine's Day, wedding, or welcome home.  Also: business-related tributes...like new products, sales presentations, or inspirational messages.

Investment
Only $200 for each song (up to 3 minutes long) with music and new lyrics I compose then email to you. This includes two MP3s (an instrumental of the "source" song and a version where the lyrics are sung to the instrumental).  Click to read innovative lyric and song usage ideas.

How to Receive Your New Lyrics
• Fill out an Order form, provide details about the person or thing being honored, select a copyright-free "source" song, read and agree to the terms & conditions, and submit payment via PayPal.  The purchase appears as “Paypal*LyricMagici” on your credit card or debit card statement.

• 14 days after payment is received, you will be emailed new lyrics based on the "source" song.  You will then have 14 days to email your approval or request lyric edits.  Once the final edits are approved by you, 14 days later you will be emailed the final lyrics and the two MP3s.
